HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
- Candidate must posses a Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- At least 10 years, HRM experience of which minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position;
- Excellent leadership, people management and oral & written communication skills;
- Good knowledge of employee retention programme, training and career mapping in a group environment.
- Conversant and well-versed with local employment legislations, prevailing HR practices, statutory requirements and in-dept knowledge of the Malaysian Labor Law and Industrial Relations Act
- Knowledge of BOSS Net payroll system is an advantage
HR EXECUTIVE (2 position)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, disciplined, work credible and reliable.
- A team player with strong analytical skills, integrity and good understanding of HR practices.
- Knowledge of BOSS Net payroll system is an advantage
SALES & MARKETING - GENERAL MANAGER
- Possess a recognized Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business or related discipline
- A team player who could contribute to achieving company objectives.
- Able to work independently with strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, aggressive, results oriented and performance driven
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field with at least 3 years' relevant sales & marketing experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of English
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Must develop new corporate accounts and marketing strategies in service marketing.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES (General Ledger/Treasury/Accounts Payables & Reconciliations)
- Bachelor's Degree/Higher LCCI/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or Partial Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent)
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in F & B or Hospitality Industry and accounting firm will be added advantage.
- Possess good knowledge of current accounting standards and their application with internal control experience.
- Well versed with UBS accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good numerical, decision-making, planning, problem solving and organization skills and able to adapt to changing priorities.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
- Candidate must possess at least Private Secretarial Certificate/Diploma in Office Management or equivalent
- Required good command of oral & written English.
- Excellent spoken / written English and Mandarin.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Expected to undertake all office admin. functions, assist Director in daily business operations.
- Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
- Self motivated, resourceful, ability to prioritize.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients
- Must be matured, detailed oriented, initiative, independent, capable of handling multi functional/tasks and possess a high degree of confidentiality
- Good judgement skills, meticulous and highly organized
